EA LESSON #3: Decoding Your Blood

Blood...

That familiar, red transport fluid containing white and red blood cells, platelets, proteins, and other elements that carries oxygen and nutrients to your cells while taking away carbon dioxide and other waste products.

Your blood reveals more about you than any other tissue in your body. Regular blood testing is key to unlocking valuable insights into your overall physical well-being and provides a clear picture of how optimally your body functions and performs. Testing at routine intervals will allow you to observe how your body changes over time which will empower you to make informed, proactive decisions about your health.

Do you get an annual physical?

Some of you may get your blood work done annually as part of a “yearly physical”. In this instance, your doctor uses blood tests to search for markers of disease and poor health. If you’re not outside of those "Conventional" Referenced Ranges, then you’re given a clean bill of health and sent on your way.

But now what?

Do you really want to go home and wait another year just to come back for another blood test to tell you if you’re sick or not? Could you be doing more with these test results beyond simply determining whether disease is present?

My answer to you is YES. For each one of those lab values, there is an “Optimal Range” that will deliver, to you, the health, performance and longevity upgrades that you're after, while leaving little to no risk of developing disease or dysfunction.

Instead of having to rely on a doctor to interpret your blood test results, I developed “The Blood Lab Decoder” to teach you the significant difference between the “Normal” lab values and “Conventional” Reference Ranges that your doctor uses, and the “Desirable” and “Optimal” levels that deliver true health and lasting vitality.

Each bio marker featured in “The Blood Lab Decoder” compares your lab result for that specific marker against “Clinical”, “Desirable” and “Optimal” Reference Ranges. We will show you the reference range your lab result falls into. If it falls outside of all three Reference Ranges we put an “X” in the box beside the “Clinical” Range to indicate that this value is outside of the "Standard" Reference Ranges and should be investigated further. This is one of those markers of disease that your doctor would look for.

EXAMPLE FROM THE BLOOD LAB DECODER:

Don't wait for it to become a problem.

For any value that falls outside of the “Optimal” Range, even if it’s in the "Desirable" Range, we provide the appropriate “Effective Remedies” to show you exactly what foods, supplements, superfoods and lifestyle modifications will be effective in optimizing that specific marker to bring it back in balance.

Blood tests are the closest thing we have to x-ray vision to take an inside look at your body and how it functions. Understanding your blood biomarkers — the molecular signs of health — will help you to make more informed decisions about the strategies that are right for your individual health, as well as identifying any underlying or developing health problems — before they turn into a full-blown crisis.
