Small Group Personal Training

Our Small Group Personal Training program is designed for individuals who prefer a more intimate and supportive training environment. With a maximum of 6-8 people per session, you'll receive personalized attention from our certified personal trainers who will be there to guide and motivate you throughout your fitness journey. 

During each small group training session, our trainers will ensure that you are using proper form with the correct tempo, while improving your movement patterns to maximize results and reduce the risk of injury. They will also provide modifications and progressions based on your individual needs and goals. 

We offer two small group training plans: a 3-day per week option and a 5-day per week option. Both plans include custom macros and nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs, as well as a progressive resistance training program and a cardio protocol to help you achieve your fitness goals. 

I addition, you will receive a supplement guide to optimize your performance and recovery. To track your progress, we offer biweekly check-ins with 3D Body Scans, and you will track your daily morning weight on your personalized app. Our app puts your entire training program in the palm of your hand and allows us to easily monitor your progress.
